 Introduction

Thirdly, as for the kind of reaction "Etherification" and about the "refining the final product"

l          You should use activated Carbon & tetra butyl titan ate as the catalytic agent to synthesize DIOP.

l          The best process condition: Molar ratio of Ethanol anhydride should be: 2.8:1.

l          Etherification temperature: 210 ℃

l          Etherification time: 2.5 hours

l          Catalyst Amount：0.5%

Under such a condition, Etherification conversion rate of DOP is more than 99.8%. These catalysts exhibited excellent activity, it can be reused, and there is no pollution.
